Rappel Rope, Friction Hitches, Tender

Right, ends from twist through the ring, either through the carabiner and then back over the top of the carabiner and back through the ring, or after twist, over and through carabiner. The stopper can be tied below, above, on top of, or through the center of the twist, I prefer the last option.
