Congratulations !That is a wicked looking picture, it looks like saddle gear is spewing from the inside of the deer.Got my first doe of the year in a urban hunt in a nearby town. I have to kill 2 doe before I can kill a buck and until today have only had bucks in range. Felt good to watch an arrow fly today!

Awesome, great job. Always nice to see saddle hunting success. Especially breaking the cherry on @flinginairos gear.
No I'm not. Didn't have 75 posts.

What? You've been around here for like a year. How do you not have 75 posts? I figured you had made fun of @flinginairos at least 75 times by now.
Congrats on the deer.
So if thats the muddy camera arm Appalachia wheres the video of the kill. I been waiting to see the first video kill out of the Mantis seein as how I don't have mine yet and deer season aint open here yet.
Isn't editing a pain in th ass?. I love filming. I hate editing!!!!
I love it for filming. I don't remember what it was like to film out of a tree stand but I certainly don't think there are big disadvantages to filming from a saddle. The only thing that I think can be more challenging is getting set up. But that just takes practice. I shot this deer at about the 2:00 position shooting over my bridge and camera arm. I practiced this shot several times this summer.Hey one more thing Appalachia. How do you like the setup for filming as opposed to filming from a tree stand and what gear you using?
