Public...
Best place for Daisy chained amsteel??That’ll rule out a lot of things then, like spurs and bolts. Those are preferred method of a lot of guys when not on public land.
Sticks of some sort with either daisy chained Amsteel rope (my favorite) or Carl’s new Versa Straps is a very popular method.

Are there any cases where anyone has fallen out of the saddle when used properly? I'm looking to buy one and want to be safe. I just doesn't seem like there are many points of contact and worry about getting stuck upside down and slipping out of the saddle. That ever happened to anyone?
Thanks for all the great information.
I routinely hang upside down in my saddle when demonstrating it to buddies. I have never even come close to slipping out of it. Righting yourself is easy too. Just grab the tether and pull yourself back up. I honestly believe saddle hunting is the safest way you can hunt from a tree. Are there any cases where anyone has fallen out of the saddle when used properly? Wish I had thought of that . . .
That's pretty funny and was educational.
I guess it's just time to buy one. Now I need to decide which one.I routinely hang upside down in my saddle when demonstrating it to buddies. I have never even come close to slipping out of it.
