welcome to the site

you can stretch out a lot better with the extra support of a linesman belt, regular spacing on ticks should be easy, save yourself the frustration and get sticks, steps of all kinds are ok for platforms but as a climbing method suck

I've used a lot of different climbing methods and I like Wild Edge the best. Climbing trees around here with a lot of limbs and aren't telephone pole straight they work great. To each their own. At least you can sell the stuff back on here if it doesn't fit your needs.

Welcome from PA!

I can't tell you from experience but i can say from my own research, i decided with the aerohunter kestrel flex due to the extra fabric being available. I based my decisions off of the bigger guys who provided their sizes. Im hoping that my hips can be comparable to the bigger guys. Im due to get it before christmas but we will see! If you can find anything out to help us women, please let me know!

I'm starting with hawk helium steps because i like the double step style. Less to worry about in the dark. I also ordered the predator platform so we shall see how it all works out!

Another women here. Im from Arkansas. I'm using a tethrd mantis, predator platform and hawk heliums this season. I do use an aider on the bottom step to get me a little higher. I love it so far. I'm sure you will too. The thing I like about a saddle is there are so many different ways to hang so you're not putting to much pressure on your hips. I like to turn away from the tree sometimes with the bridge and tether over my shoulder and lean into that. One bit of advice is, if you get in a tree that leans, stay on top of the lean. (Don't know if that makes sense.) It's hard to take pressure off your hips when the tree is leaning toward you. Learned that the hard way.

welcome - guard your wallet and seal it. Saddle hunting gear/ropes etc will drain it until you get the setup you like.
