Hey guys, I’m from Mississippi, but not one of our “outlaw” hunters.. where do you guys look to get accurate information about hunting when looking at other states?
I know here in Mississippi we have a wildlife fisheries and parks website with our states guidelines, but it still leaves a good bit that’s vague. The last thing I want to do is save up some coin, take time off work and away from family just to end up going way off and getting in trouble or getting a ticket or something because of “I didn’t know”.
Our National Forests have a website that’s fairly detailed, but you can seem to look at 3 different pages of info and get 3 different versions of the rules... like I said, I’m no outlaw and always wanna be on the right side of the law.
With that said, I know there’s no one page for every thing, but just wondering what process y’all go through to be sure you’re covered when going to a new state.
Thanks!!
