Had to put this on here. I ordered a hand climber seat and got it pretty quick. It came in about 4 days but when I opened the box no cushion to go with the seat so looked at there website for contact number and you could only email and that just rubbed me wrong. So I'm thinking here we go email 1 then email 2 then email 3 etc. So I said I have been very happy with your service up until no contact phone #. I did not receive cushion with hand climber top please send cushion to same address you sent seat or call me at this number. Dot not email. That was enough said. I hit send on the email got up from my computer walked out to the garage my phone started ringing Mr McGrew this is so and so from XOP I am so sorry about your order I will have a cushion in the mail today. I was flabbergasted told him it wasn't a problem and that was the best customer service I had ever received. And it was can't say enough good about their service after that.

I can second this review...I have one of their climbing stands. The stitching on one of the straps that connect the top and bottom together was pulling apart. I sent an email, was called within the hour and had new straps in the mail the next day!
 
Agreed. I have bought a lot of stuff from them recently and they were quick to help with any problems. Very friendly and helpful

I got some stuff from them. One thing was going to be a 1.25 " green strap. They ran out so they sent me an email saying they'd send a gray strap. When I got it, it was a cheaper 1" strap. When I pointed this out they refunded my money. So everyone makes mistakes but they seem to make right on theirs.

Red I agree 100% and a quick phone call and a little assurance can turn a disgruntled customer into a loyal customer in minutes! Great to hear they are taking care of the saddle hunter crew.:blush:

When I ordered mine in like March they no longer came with the seat cushion. Previously they did come with the cushion
 
If more companies understood that with the internet, the cost of an unhappy customer almost always exceeds the cost of immediately going above and beyond to rectify a situation regardless of fault or blame, they'd be more successful.

I just checked the website and it was in the picture, I sent an email last night and they already responded that they would ship it right out, gonna use it to rest my knees on against the tree.

Random thought does anyone ever sit on their platform? Lol

If your hunting or scouting and don't want to climb the tree just strap it on and sit on it ground level.

I have friends who don't like being up in tree stands of any kind, and they often use my platforms as a seat just to keep their butt off the ground.
