I emailed them my order number Friday and was told they are sorry for the delay and product is shipping out as soon as it comes off the curing rack. That’s all I got so far.

I got the dark earth, so I guess that is the tan color. Supposed to be here by Wednesday

Yes it came Wednesday. Had it on the tree for about 20 minutes. It is solid. Weight comes in right at 4 lbs with a 3 step aider

My tracking number updated from label created to "shipped" and has an estimated delivery date of Wednesday . It isn't so much about the delay for me...it was the lack of transparency and communication and the original false promise of expected shipping timelines. They did email me back almost immediately to the one email I sent checking on the status.

Me too. I’m order 483. Saw where someone above was 481 and theirs shipped. Hoping mine is on the way soon.
