What's going on at AeroHunter?

It was my understanding if the market the saddle for saddle hunting and advertises being used from an elevated position that it really doesn’t matter what the warning label says.
I just checked both my saddles. Not approved.
If the companys does not have insurance and they have no assets you have no recorse.

@GeoFish that is true if there’s nothing to go after you don’t have recourse but the same would be said if they didn’t have the warnings.

Also while having a llc goes a long way to protect personal assets transferring a bunch of company assets into personal accounts the day after an accident hits facebook doesn’t quite cut it either.

I got my revolution Monday. It has alot more structure to it then I was expecting webbing is pretty stiff. Seems like it will work for what I want out of it, will know more once muzzleloader closes and gotta get the bow back out. Probably gonna take it out Monday. The way this thread has gone not sure if I should wear it or frame it and hang it on the wall since it is one of the last aero production saddles made.

I would auction it off!!!

What company?
Well, I didn't want to stir the pot or make anyone think I'm calling them out since to some extent I do understand why they do it. However, since you asked and it was later mentioned.

I have said that numerous times, if you market the saddle as a saddle, and then claim for ground use only, a good lawyer would eat that alive in a lawsuit. That’s why we need standards, we need a liability insurance to sell clause and there needs to be testing.

You should sell it to me :sunglasses:

I don't know anything about their saddles, but EWO says these are in stock.

I don't think they've made the treeboats for a long time. Seems like every time I've looked in recent years they haven't been available
