Some of these guys are just pissed they ordered packs listed deceptively as in stock. Seasons are ending… people want what they ordered as in stock weeks ago. How is that expecting to much or needing to be medicated?….smh

The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Choose SH Member and purchase.

Some of these guys are just pissed they ordered packs listed deceptively as in stock. Seasons are ending… people want what they ordered as in stock weeks ago. How is that expecting to much or needing to be medicated?….smh

I still never saw any photos from anyone claiming to have received theirs.
that could also be....a Christmas gift.
I imagine "guaranteed shipping by Christmas" must have something to do with that possibility.
Hopefully they'll come through.

He also use to be prostaff for tethrd. He has a relationship with them and a multi media presence. They sent it to him to promote it.
That’s the only way to get Tethrd gear on time. They sure do seem to have a buttload of pro-staffers too…
Mine was shipped 12-7 received 12-9. I have no relationship with any saddle company

You seem to be unhappy with Tethrd and AH. I respect your opinion on a lot of things. Why continue to add to this thread if it just plain aggravates you? Not jumping on you (at least I hope you don't take it that way.) Seems like time will tell on a lot of this stuff. 'Tis the season!

I canceled my order this weekend via email. Not really because of the mis-conception of the supposed shipping date (although that was a little irritating) but…… because after studying the pack during the delay, I thought it may be too small for my needs. Which to Tethrd’s credit in one of their videos they said “that it may not fit everyones needs because of the size”.
Anyway.…..Tethrd actually called me today and said my pack was shipping out today. They wanted to make sure I wanted to cancel my order. I told them to keep the order going and ship the pack as I am curious to see the pack in person then I can evaluate if it fits my needs. If not…..Looks like I will not have any problem re-selling. I am in constant pursuit of the perfect pack it seems.
I placed my order on Black Friday if anyone is curious.

you should be able to return it for a full refund within 30 days, less shipping. And of course your cost to ship it back. Just another option
Tethrd hate is strong around these parts. Very strong. The only thing about this site that bothers me. It’s one thing to not like a company. It’s another to beat a dead horse over and over. It’s like some of these guys had someone from Tethrd personally attack them. It’s weird. I’m by no means a fan boy. I don’t use their saddle. Same handful of guys get on every Tethrd thread and bash the company, then bash those who purchase saying they should have known better, etc.
I have the sticks and had a pack on order.
Tethrd fanboys get butt hurt about anything negative said about their brand. I ordered Black Friday. Should have had it before I canceled my order. My season is over. It will be pointless to get it now. I will hold off and see some reviews. I don’t know why I got singled out on this one. Cuz I am criticizing their “in stock” doesn’t really mean it’s in stock? Got some snowflakes on this site…

Maybe we can have this one moved to the Vendor area where Tethrd can respond to concerns? Probably the "product shipping/update" section is appropriate.

@CP3 I am admittedly one of the people that weighs in to hate on them more than probably i "should". I'm sure there's people on here that want me to shut up about them. Some likely work for tethrd, most likely don't.
My reasons are : it's an internet forum and I am free to express my opinion. That's basically it but here's my personal justification if you/others care: I think everyone should know about their business practices because I believe they are making decisions that prioritize making money over keeping their customers safe. Because the company was basically started on this site, I believe they also "owe" the hunting community at least less misleading advertising and recalled products more than the average company, however realistically I just want them held to the same standard as everyone. I also think Hawk operates the same way, however seems to be held to account/"known" as a borderline questionable brand, while tethrd is treated like a top end brand like OOAL or EWO etc. Nobody's acting like those companies aren't profitable, but they also aren't shady (correct me if I'm wrong here). We can all for the most part agree that hawk puts out some shady stuff, but tethrd gets special treatment here and people like me get treated like we are making something up when we point it out. Other people weigh in on threads like this to prioritize making sure people know who manufactures here in the USA vs elsewhere for similar reasons- they aren't directly affected, but are encouraging the general public/rest of the forum to "vote with their dollars" and consider supporting other companies with better safety/transparency records, or in their case, USA manufactured products. (For example, hating on Hawk-nobody goes to hat for them in the way people go to bat for tethrd, but they both put out things that break, because it's more profitable to do that than to spend more R&D money (or other reasons, this is all assumptions).
We remind each other about climbing safely, taking ethical shots etc in a lot of different ways on here, to me this is more of the same, don't buy from a company that cares more about their dollars than your safety, buy from a company that doesn't treat it's customers as a disposable. I hope I've changed at least one person's opinion about that company, probably haven't, won't stop trying though unless the rules get changed and we aren't allowed to weigh in like this. But yep, I get it that I'm likely turning people away/sounding like a snowflake. That's ok, I know I'm a bit of a blowhard at times, know thyself and all. I'd rather people dislike me as a person and didn't die when their equipment breaks than have a lot of dead internet friends.
