I've got some montecs. Haven't tried the anihilator. Do you have any kind of test in mind? The one I dinged I just screwed on an arrow with zingers I'd never shot and hit where I was aiming at 20yds. I've have been shooting those arrows, I tried a few heads in the spring and they all flew good for me, I'm confident my bow and I are on the same page. Shot the repaired one and another new one at 31 tonight and they were grouping very well
Just flight pattern and how straight the arrows end up on the target with them. I've never shot those types of broadheads but I've been interested for a while.

Timber ninja released their platform today. My thoughts are if you're going to spend that much on a platform that weighs 5 pounds might as well spend a little more for the LWCG .5 and get a 6 pound stand.

That does not look cool at all. It does look like it would be slippery when. It’s pretty expensive for a knock off of a knock off. For the price I would get the Fix.

I’d go with the CN milled Hunt Arsenal…..

Do you mean folks are receiving them now from the June pre-order?

I'll try for flight pattern. Video? Not sure on that part but I can definitely throw different heads on and take pictures.

I've got foam, and a bag here at home and easy access to spyder and block targets if a certain type is better

It's supposed to have an OOAL style non skid coat, idk.

The whole story of the platform is completely obtuse:

1. Platform announced August2021, for pre-order September 2021. Allegedly CF and aluminum.
2. They introduce an all aluminum platform at ATA January 2022
3. They tease immediate launch during fall 2022 on Facebook
4. March 2023 update indicates they held up production to reduce weight. (see 46:25)
4a. Claim their 14" deep platform is 2-3" deeper than anyother platform on the market...BS
4b. Confirm new platform weight around 3.5lbs
5. Platform announced for preorder June 2023
5a. Final platform weight is 5lbs.

no, sorry. I saw a video on it today and thought it was released recently but it was released a month ago. My bad.

All good. I was hoping the pre-orders were landing on doorsteps and we'd get some reviews. I see the website shows shipping in September, and Sold Out.

Somebody didn’t do analysis before stress testing it sounds like to me. They broke it and then had to make it beefier which cost them schedule and weight. Instead of telling everyone their original design failed, they beefed it up with no refinement and decided to lean into it being rated for 350 lbs with hopes of selling it to enkriss I guess. Then since it cost them all that extra time and money they figured they would be kind and pass along those costs to you to cover some of their losses. Im kidding, but I could also easily see that being in the realm of possibilities of what happened.

I don't think it's that scientific of an issue.

Perhaps it has more to do with the personality behind the business and Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist

Stan Onnex Clicker Thumb release just released a few weeks ago…. Anybody try one yet? Any recommendations? Gimmick? Or real deal. Endorsed and partially designed by Joel Turner of Shot IQ. Supposed to help with shot anticipation and better more accurate thumb release shooting…..

Sounds like gimmick to me. Might possibly help for a bit, but our brains are really good adapting to things. If somebody has a problem with target panic or shot anticipation a release isn't the answer.
