How far away from the beds are you setting up? I've found similar beds on fingers that go out into the swamp with a big white oak overlooking the bed about 20 yards away - I'm thinking he doesn't have to go far from bed to food when the acorns are dropping. I'm tempted to go super aggressive and try to hang in that big oak before he goes to bed (targeting a 4:30 am hang time).
 
I'm having an allergy attack just looking at the pictures! lol Hope they pan out for you. You got good entry exit routes? It seems a lot of these type places a man cannot get in or out of with out being detected.

If possible, another option would be to set up in the evening and in bowshot distance of that white oak. If you have ever set up over a bed in the morning you know how tough it can be.
