    Arsenal Platform

I am happy with my cast xop edge platform and squirrel steps. If I want to go in lite its squirrel steps and 2T/C.

Questions about saddles and longer traditional bows

I wasn't it the tree long but am practicing with my 62in recurve bare bow off the shelf from a ring of steps. This was shot @ 23 yards an 19 feet up.I shot this from kinda of a sitting leaning position. Only the second time trying this. In the first picture you can see the target just before the...

    Learning from Saddle Hunting Accidents

Brian in TN I am 54 and started last year I started out one sticking, then platform climbing sort of one sticking I put a shaffer cam cleat on my xop edge platform with an aider It was to me more comfortable. Then I kept playing with 2T/C it is definitely safer than one sticking but takes time...

    N3 Nika on the way

Limbs are in and they shoot smooth 42lb medium on a 19in Satori copy so probably 46 to 48lbs @ 28in draw? Sure didn't feel like it felt more like 40lbs could hold it for some time. Will have to go to the archery shop and see how many lbs at 28in. I am very excited to get these. Sure is spitting...

    Practiced more 2T/C-ing

Yeah its getting easier to climb, I ordered a few more steps to help move around the tree better. I still can use my platform with the steps but the steps alone are pretty comfortable. Yeah I can't turn around but I can swing around the tree for a shot.

    Practiced more 2T/C-ing

19 feet up and 23 yards. Shot off the ring of steps is going to take more practice but overall not shabby.. second go around at the target was much better.

    Why don't yall 2TC?

I climbed 2T/C today and gave it a good honest go..with a ring of steps was much easier this go around and was liteweight. I like my xop platform climbing or one sticking but I can see the advantage of 2T/Cing a bigger tree even a smaller tree for that matter. I do know I am getting a another...

Nika c1 limbs for 19in riser to make a 45lb bow

I am looking at the c1s for a 19in riser I want a 45lb bow so would I get the 40lb limbs? Or would I be better off getting 42lb limbs?

    2tc vs one sticking

I like both but like my xop platform with a shaffer cam cleat its like one stick climbing. Some trees are better suited for 2t/c my choice I prefer climbing with the platform 2t/c takes me longer to get to hunting hight being 18 to 22 feet. I also feel like 2t/c takes longer for me to get set up.
