    40 minute amrap this morning… 1/2 mile run 5 yard side shuffle w/ 2 jump squats x4 10 spider crunches 10 wipers 20 plank tucks 5 full rounds and finished the run on round 6. I was struggling to maintain a sub 10 min mile pace toward the end.
