    The patent looks like it would include all these other saddles for what that's worth as it's pretty broad. I'm not a lawyer but: https://patents.justia.com/patent/7051836 I'm guessing they will settle but the small guys doing it from their garage are going to be shut down, (H2 comes to mind).
