    Haha great insight! I ended up purchasing a set of 2 of the Bullman outdoors steps to try out. For $22 I couldn't pass it up. Really glad I got some opinions before I bought a couple paperweights.

    Oh Ok...about to pull the trigger on a couple just since they seemed decent. Ive spent a ton of money on saddle stuff and dont want more gear I dont really use...if they're "terrible" with side loading ill stay with 2 WE steps. They only weigh a pound and its only a slight inconvenience to set them.

    How are they as far as side loading? Im assuming theyre Ok but thats the only issue I could see. So long as you can get them really tight. When pushing against them to swivel around the tree they need to be rock solid

    Haven't seen a ton of chatter on the Cranford's. Might purchase a set of 4 on Amazon for $35. Figured they would be a good supplement to my platform. I have WE steps but the Cranfords pack up way smaller and WE steps are a bit of a pain to work with. Thanks for any input

    Hawk bow hooks are awesome! Ive had them since they firsthit the marketand theyare still very sharp and i absolutely love the clip attachment. I put them on my harness right away and they are so handy!

    Not sure if I missed it or what but how did you customize the strap to have both ends girth hitched onto the platform like that?
