    Design wise I think this is closer to a tactisaddle with a bigger surface area for the seat and belt than some of the other saddles it’s being compared to. I like the metal less option. This is honestly the first new design that makes me think about upgrading from my kestral

    I leave it attached. But coil it up and place it in my bag. In rare circumstances, I will remove and re-attach in a better location for the rappel.

    I switch ropes for a variety of reasons. But primarily bc where I got my climbing line is not necessarily where I need my tether. I also just prefer a distel hitch and tender. I attach the bottom of my climbing line to my backpack, pull it up, and stow it all together.

    Agreed. I was all ready to tape mine up to quiet them down. But after the first use it was apparent that it wasn’t needed.
