    yes some will come out of the nose but most will fill the diaphram if you have an entry and no exit, depending on entry you might not get much dropping if any an exit lower down will give you good indication and importantly a better indication of shot placement to start follow up.

    I haven't got into the workshop yet to make this but materials are on the way but here's a small platform I am going to try it will have a boxe section with a top standoff using the base as the bottome one, size is roughly 7-1/2"l x 8-1/2" w at it's widest and 1/2"d

    For me I am going small, I have to travel so weight counts for the plane. Here's one to machine to test out, I will get the material in to give it a whirl,regards wayne size wise its roughly 7- 1/2" x 8-1/2" x 1/2" cam over style.

    How much have you spent on your saddle setup?

    For me probably 150 all in as I am a big diy'er but now ask me how much I spent on machinery to make my gear, welder, sewing machines 3d printer and so on, so in truth it would have been far cheaper to buy them from a supplier, lol but were's the fun in that.

    PM sent to you with my thoughts and additions but these are worth tweeking, there is zero side movement, these are very nice with my printer settings I tried to break a half printed one before making the full step and it wouldn't break. Printing these did take some time but it does it's own...

    As soon as I do the alterations I will post an update but as is it’s strong printed with Petg, it is also chemical and sun resistant which is why I went with it, also the ozone unit I printed works well so I can add the stl for anyone wanting to try that with a parts list I did a few variations...

    I posted on FB using the STL off Yeggi, I think its PSomeone's stl, I printed in PETG and tried to break them before trying it out on the tree, I found them really strong, I printed slow with 100% infill. I actually really like them I wouldn't try them in PLA though I have a few ideas to try...

    Petg is strong and is resistant to heat or chemicals you also don’t need an enclosure with petg just print without the parts fan
