I'm sure it will. I am a little heavier at 200 but 34" waist. I had a size two before and it was too big. Size one seems to fit better in the backside lol

Yes sir. I recently bought this with intentions of using both but after trying it out again I found I like the SD a lot better

I'm about the same size and I use a 1. The only complaint is that with the bulk in late season I wish there was a little extra length on the strap for the waist belt, but it fits perfectly.
