Love looking at the PIX that we capture. ...

First card pull of the year for me today. Got one pretty good buck and another that I know very well but it's a terrible pic.

I don't have anything to speak of... I only have one cam out and it is on time lapse mode on a 1/3 acre spot that will be planted in Rye, Clover and chicory this fall. The only daytime activity right now is 2 separate doe groups and neither has shown up with fawns yet. So, we may have to kill some coyotes.

Oh, I forgot this one from just before green-up... (yes, February is shortly before greenup down here in Texas). Notice all the beautiful pecan trees in the background.... they aren't useful for wildlife, but there are 40+ harvested pecan trees on the place that help pay for the years that cattle don't cover.

Pulled a card last night. Had this guy in there. Believe I have pics of him from last year but if so he has definitely jumped a bit... I am pretty convinced I know where he is hanging out but I haven't be able to obtain permission to hunt there. Maybe I will ask again.... :)

I had to pass on a 6 point last year that looked very similar... he was RIGHT at the ears, and legal in that county is 13" wide inside spread. Just couldn't risk him being narrow by 1/4". I nicknamed him skyscraper, because he reached to the heavens like yours lol
