Ok Thnks red. Is this usually what swamp areas that are within the woods looks like? And this is most likely bedding along the transitions right? Or islands within would be buck bedding?

Often. Sometimes it might just be a darker shade of grey. Depends on the type and how much water it had at time of imaging.

Looks like a great area. Can you access via those railroad tracks?

You read my mind Lol. I was thinking the same thing i might use bike right down the tracks if i can
I noticed there are islands too if you look at that map which might be good bedding. But i have to walk the trans line of it next week

I use a Hobie Pro Angler. I loooooove it. It's more of a fishing boat. You may be better off with a canoe (cheaper) if you only want it for hunting purposes.

You are in DE right? I grew up hunting areas exactly like you posted in NJ. They are often think underbrush surrounding swamps. The good thing is that they hold deer good. The problem is that there are lots of good areas the deer can bed because it is so thick. So they might not bed on the exact same area consistently. We have always had luck hunting the edges. On the aerial you posted the swamp fingers adjacent to the "islands" are what stand out to me. Boots on the ground and then observation are the best ways to confirm this.

Ok im grew up in south jersey just moved to delaware last spring
Im gonna scout these areas next week
