    Kind of apprehensive

I cannot help with the Blake hitch, but you have come to a good understanding, 1 step at a time... your trying to eat an elephant in one bite, that don't work... but you are starting early enough in the year to say ... "I am CONFIDENT that by opening day you will be more than ready" I'm glad...

    Kind of apprehensive

I started bow hunting at 38, I found the saddle after 1 year in climbers and traditional stands. Looking ahead to when my young kids would be hunting with me, I could not in good conscience put them in anything else but a saddle. It is without a doubt the safest way to hunt from elevation. Take...

Jim Stepp and now wild edge really have provided a seriously stable, quiet and compact way to get up in the trees. Much thanks, the possibilities are exciting and appreciate everyone's innovations.

First pics of Dan Infalt’s climbing sticks

For all the info Dan has shared I would give him the 300$. I think his observations about deer and hunting is profound at times. But as far as the sticks.... I'm with The Godfather... tree steps are the only option for me to get through crap I'm hunting. My bow is enough hassle.

    Hiking with Wild Edge Steps

Thanks 4 the report, Along with The Godfather, packing through the brush to get to a hunting location is at the very top of the list for me. That is what separates these things, and tree steps, from every climbing stick on the planet. Carrying my bow is enough hassle to navigate, I can't worry...

With your years of experience please address the most mobile climbing tools as well as platforms for public land and, pre setting locations, is it worth the risk of getting your stuff stolen? Thanks for doing the podcast looking forward to it.

    Hello

Agreed, in my opinion there is nothing as mobile, or quiet for the beast style setups.

Shooting does with fawns and or shooting fawns?

It's cruel not take them, the carrying capacity will collapse as well as spiking coyote populations. Fill the freezers.

That's my kind of QDM brother.

Shooting does with fawns and or shooting fawns?

I agree with passing on does and fawns in areas where the herd is thin and predators plentiful such as swamps, big woods etc. I do hunt suburban areas where they are a nuisance and need killing... and in fact there are bonus tags for antlerless in these sections. So I think it really depends on...
