What did you do today that’s related to saddle hunting?

That’s it! I remember seeing it somewhere. Thanks for the info. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What did you do today that’s related to saddle hunting?

That’s what it is. I went ahead and got it off the tree and took it with me. The frame is still is good shape. If I can find some chains that’ll fit it and a new seat, it’ll be a good stand again. I’ll probably put a hazmore seat on it. Somebody just abandoned it a long long time ago for some...

What did you do today that’s related to saddle hunting?

Had to go out and change some camera batteries and scouted an area that I’ve been looking at on a map that’s isolated and hard to get to. Found some good sign and a really big track. I also found a climber on a tree that has had to been there for 10 years. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What did you do today that’s related to saddle hunting?

Not a lot more. I’ll put a low rider chair in the back to sit on, and I need a spot to fit a cooler. I plan on keeping my container of clothes in the backseat and just get out what I need for the next day, and keep them inside the topper. It’ll probably take a couple trips to get the details...

What did you do today that’s related to saddle hunting?

It’s definitely possible that there may be a little condensation, but I’m hoping venting the windows and keeping the air circulating with a small Milwaukee fan helps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What did you do today that’s related to saddle hunting?

Finished making the bed frame for my mobile hunting/camping rig in my Tundra. Basically went off the Greg Godfrey template. Easy and functional. Put the bed rug in over the weekend. I’ll probably remove the bed frame and paint it to match the carpet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Tethrd Modular Ultralock Yoke

I wear mine under. The yoke system is much better than the suspenders. CGM makes a yoke style set too that works great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Zinger Fletches

Bump for the Zingers. I’m building some arrows and going with the 4 fletch 6 degree offset. I’ve never heard of them until the other day. Guess I’ve living under a stump somewhere. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    One Stick Recommendation

Nothing at all wrong with using say an EWO Ultimate one stick along with a platform to the side, or above it by its self. Or possibly a ring of steps around the one stick to work your way around the tree better. I’ve only used the EWO stick, and started out like you’re talking about, using a...

Are some rubber boots better with ground scent?

By my observations from the stand the last 20 plus years, I’ve never had a deer spook when they walk over my foot path when I’m wearing rubber boots. Any other hiker, Rocky style boot, they freaked out a lot of the time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The 2 best options imo are the large pouches from CGM, or the ones from Tethrd that they put on the Ultra Lock saddle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
