    ISP blocked saddlehunter.com

X2 on Proton VPN. I use all their products and they are the used heavily by info sec pros (I used to be one until I switched gigs). That is actually the first use case I’ve heard of an isp blocking a site.

Any load will perform at 20 yds, I’m talking at 40+. Federal can’t touch these.

    2024 Turkey Thread

If you want the very best possible patterns and pellet counts, the Federals are better than LBXR or any other lead offerings, but they pale in comparison to more custom/small batch loads available now. Federals can work with the right choke, but is like using a Hawk saddle vs a TX5. They both...

    2024 Turkey Thread

Their Custom Shop and Rob Robert’s shells are way better than their standard offerings, but very few are using those like you are, so I am talking about the standard retail shells. With the right choke, their custom loads will do well. I have tested the customs before and in my guns with many...

Friends don’t let friends shoot federal turkey loads! Try Apex, Verdict, Salt Creek, or any one of the other custom loads for the best patterns. I shoot a 555 and 585 on my two turkey guns. The 555 is a very hot 10 core and the 585 provides a really good pattern in the 10 and 20”.

    Hickory Creek Koolaid

I had a Simmons Prostaff 1x5 laying around and put it on. At 4 or 5x, the focal point is beyond the limb so you don’t see it in the scope. I can still see it if I turn it down lower though.

    Hickory Creek Koolaid

FWIW, I tried the red dot and it cost me a nice buck this fall. Nothing wrong with it from an accuracy standpoint, but the limb being in the sight picture robbed me of shooting light late in the evening, so I switched back to a better scope than the one it comes with. I get at least 10-15 more...

Crimson Trace CTS-1300 in like new condition. I got it for my Hickory Creek mini, but decided I like a scope on it better. This has more intensity settings than my FF3 and has a battery tray, which is easier to change out. $80 tyd PayPal regular or will consider trade offers
