    One important note when climbing with this method I found and observed on video is to lift up on your heals to help the band from dragging up tree. First time I struggled is because I dragged the base up the tree and did not lift heels to assist.

    Any thoughts on how to incorporate some type of whale tail that JX3 used with my aero saddle. Maybe something I could attached around my waist. My goad is to keep my body away from tree and not to use my knee.
