    I keep it simple. Squat, Deadlift and Press are the main exercises I stick with. I’ll do some extra stuff to go with it but I can get most of my workouts done with a barbell and plates. I include running and pull ups with most of my workouts. For me it’s all about using the compound movements.

    Issues I've had with the Predator Platform

    I also had the problem keeping the top tight to the tree. It seemed to loosen up after shifting my weight a few times. I just chalked it up to user error..but then again I put most of my weight on the platform and lean more than sit.

    Minimalist set ups.

    I take as little as I can into the stand with me. Platform and saddle with 4-5 sticks strapped to my back. Range finder, bow rope, license and Weapon milk weed. . All day sets I will take a bottle of water and protein bar with me. If I can’t fit it in my pockets I try not to take it.
