I've had this guy on camera for the past 3 seasons since I've leased this farm only 10 minutes from my house...sat all day didn' see a single deer then at 3 o'clock it decides to dump the rain for 45 min straight ..luckily I had my asbell wool on,well not 10 minutes after rain quit i seen a doe behind me then a 3 pt,then before you know it a 7 pt shows up and left as quick as he showed. A few minutes later I see him running back off the ridge and stops and looks back i knew right away something ran him off..well a minute later a lone doe comes off the ridge and behind her is this fellow creeping behind at a distance...well the doe came right to my tree and he came by at 31 yards and made a good shot....anyone familiar with the mountains of western md know this is a hard buck to come by with the bow...my best ever
