AeroHunter Back/Seat Band?

Yup. I used a golf bag padded strap. Worked for me!

I use a lone wolf strap for a linemans belt. I just take it off and clip it to my bridge while hunting:

What is the lengths on you guy's back straps? Im sewing mine up soon and i dont want to make it to long.

Thanks,
ADK

Golf bag strap. That sounds like the cat's pajamas and I've got 3 or 4 lying around. I'm going to give it a try. Thanks for the idea!

I'm actually going to try a strip of 2" webbing to see if its just as comfortable but less bulky. I just used the strap because I had it lying around. It is comfortable though!

I made one out of a neoprene mathews bow carrying strap. I actually like mine off the biner as I don't want interference with my Blake's hitch and bridge

I use a Trophyline Tree Saddle. Anyone using a back support with this saddle? I'm struggling to visualize how to use the back support without a bridge to attach it to.

I have needed back support in my TL. For me it's more an issue of being able to lean forward on my straps and stay there when the mid morning siesta strikes.

I never used or heard of a back support back when I hunted out of my ambush. It has a bridge(where you hook your tree tether) that you could hook to. You would want to hook just above it on the tree tether, so you dont limit your pivoting range of motion. You might experience pinching like us big guys get in the hips from the saddle due to the single point of contact(back support connecting at tether). The little I have experimented with a rope bridge on my diy saddle, I know I will miss the wide strap of the TL. It was nice to lay your head against waiting for daylight. A rope V does not feel good. :(

I can't really see how that will work on the bridge of the TL. It would create too much pressure. The bridge on the TL and Evo are a lot different. I suppose it's not really a big deal anyway. My back never hurts much as it is. It's simply a minor inconvenience.

I've thought of making/using one but it seems that it would get in the way when drawing back your bow.

My back never hurt either, but testing in the yard and leaning back onto a strap feels so nice. I dont have a TL anymore, so just going off memory. Your probably right that it wouldnt work.

I hooked mine into the biner via a paracord loop. Its the same way these guy go to the bridge with to prussic loops except it's now through the biner. I can remove it in one second simply by opening the gate.

How long is your bridge?

these dont get in the way of shooting?

I normally slide my down when I see a deer and think I may get a shot. hasn't caused any problems for me.

I made one. Way cheaper and way less bulky. Its definately a nice thing to have on long sits. I just flip it up under my arm pits and kick back.

Any pics? What did you make it out of?

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I haven't logged in in a while but this is what I did with some extra straps and a speedy sticher. This is from the OG Aerohunter so it still has the paws to use as an attachment point.
