Aider options for beast stick mini’s

I took advantage of the beast stick sale and bought 3 beast stick mini’s but I’m a little concerned about height. I don’t need to climb to over 20’ every single hunt I usually set up where the cover is but I want the option to be able to get over 20’ if I need to. I went with 4 xop mini’s last year but want to cut down on weight so I want to keep it to no more than 3 sticks. Can anyone recommend aiders that they like? I was thinking of using a two or three step ladder aider for the bottom stick. I found kick outs are more common for me at higher points so I would ideally like to keep any aiders on the first or maybe second stick but I’m open to changing my mind if someone can recommend a sturdy option.
Thanks!

Cable aiders from EWO!

I was looking into these. How sturdy are they and do you ever have kick outs on them? I tried using amsteel last year and almost hurt myself pretty bad. I made sure I dug my toe into the tree too but it was still pretty sketchy.

I haven’t had any issues. I use amsteel rope mod instead of the cam straps. I’m not sure if that makes a difference or not, but thought I’d mention it!

You'll probably still need a multi aider on your first stick.

I use somethig similar to a versa aider. I also use cable aiders. With both, I do not put my toe into the tree, I put my foot sideways, as if I was climbing on a tree step. Never had a kick out.

X2 EWO cable aiders… I also use the beast minis… I run 4 sticks and put aiders on the bottom 2… they also pack better with just 2 aiders.. 2 on each side of pack..stick with aider goes on top… I haven’t had problem with kicking out just have to be careful getting boot in them coming down… I get 16-18 feet based on spacing… great setup…

I took some 1 inch tubing, measured it for the step length I wanted, doubled, and put some rubber tubing from home depot in the center of the loop and tied a knot. I loop the knot over the top of my stick with the loop behind the steps, hanging down. Maybe 10 bucks total. It's movable, but I only want one on the bottom stick.

Steel Valley Sportsman video on youtube.

I use 1/4 inch amsteal on my beast sticks.
You can literally use anything from webbing , amsteal, to cable
Ya just gotta find what you like the best

I used EWO cable aiders on 4 mini beast sticks and got to 18-20’ without issue last year. Only issue I had was getting my boot out of the aider coming down if I spaced them too far.
