BWMG has great aiders moveable and otherwise for a variety of sticks. EWO also has excellent aiders both made in USA but I’m not sure EWO sells any moveables.
 
Vital Ground makes a multustep aider with a solid step. And I mean solid. I have the two step model.

I'm not sure why you are set on amsteel, but the Backwoods mobile gear multi step aiders are
hard to beat and offer multiple attachment methods. They are also about as lightweight as amsteel.
