Camo Form tape on steps makes them silent. my duct tape was sticky after i put my weight on it for a bit. Tried Gaffing tape and it was sticky as well and never really lost its smell.

Searched the Forums and didnt see anyone try metal epoxy or Jb weld with aluminum angle and screw in steps. TBD if it worked out.

Painted my Big Game Aerolite sticks. they were black and stuck out like a sore thumb, just need an innertube or rope to mod the sticks. threw some camo form tape on the buckles to have less metal to make noise.
 
Wrapping the sticks with camo form does wonders. Tractor Supply sells horse tape that is camo and more rubberized than camoform. It's much cheaper and wider too. Makes sticks disappear
