I put mine in my pack and I did let the strap go took it apart and was having a hell of time trying to fix it so I just order a new one. I kept playing with it and finally did get it fixed and back together. So now I have two Doyle's.

The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. I put mine inside the pouch that holds the gun but sling on my g2 backpack and zipped it shut fits nice
i also went with the strap, I had a crappy hawk one that broke in a day, and i've used paracord before, just bit into my hand too much.
