Are you guys leaving one end of linesman belt and bridge attached to Kestral and stuffing the rest in the pouches, or unattaching both entirely?

I leave one end attached also. Knot. No biner.

On the kestral it was tied to the loop when It came. On my TL I girth hitch it so I can use it on more than 1 saddle.

Like you said I leave one end of the bridge and lineman's belt attached to the saddle at all times. I daisy chain them when not in use to keep them out the way. I only use a dump pouch for my tether. Once i am hanging from my tether I put the lineman's belt in the dump pouch.
