Our rut just kicked in. I’ll still get pics of bucks hounding does into Feb. Season runs until the end of Jan. We don’t have a strong rut. Does come into heat from after Christmas into February. They don’t all come into heat in one week. Nothing like the mad rutting chaos up north. That’s a treat to see.
When I lived in Louisiana, bow season ended Feb 15. I miss those late bow only days.
