First year saddle hunting. Just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone in this community for sharing so much insight, it’s been incredibly helpful in getting my setup structured. Getting excited for the season and spending a lot of time practicing until then. Thanks again and good luck to all.

Learned that pretty quickly! I’m suddenly in a lot deeper than I imagined. Guessing I’m not the first guy that’s happened to.

In my opinion, you can do saddle hunting some what inexpensively, but like most things, your going to “pay” to get more comfortable. If that makes sense.

last year was my first year. I absolutely loved it. And am more excited about deer season than I’ve ever been.
