Hydro dip sticks and platform

Has anyone hydro dipped their equipment rather than spray painting? If so how does it hold up?

I used to diy dip my homebrew cams back in the day. I don't bother anymore. It holds up great but it is a process and a bit of time. Much easier to hit it with a rattle can and call it a day...and I doubt the dip camo is anymore effective than a quick spray job.

I hydro dipped mine. I am satisfied with the way it came out but after doing it, for money and time sake, i most likely would have just done like a sponge blotting style painting as opposed to the hydro. Less tedious and less money depending on how many colors you want in the design.

Sticks and platform. No noticeable wear but I went pretty heavy on the clear coat.

Yea probably not paint the carbon sticks.

Paint them and then leave them outside for a couple days. You will be fine.

Will it hurt to wire brush a predator platform to remove the old paint
