Mad Rock Safeguard Question

Purchased my first one and just received it today. Unfortunately, the shipper did not secure the little box it came in or add any filler to the shipping box, so it busted out of it's little box and was just knocking around inside the shipping box with other gear. The cover plate that swings open seems quite loose to me. It may be normal, but I have no way of telling since it is the first time I have held one. So, can any of the Mad Rock owners confirm that this is how it is supposed to be...or not. Video below of what it looks like. Since this is for climbing use you can probably understand why I'm asking. Just want to make sure that it is working properly. Thanks for the help.

Nothing to worry about. Mine rattles a bit too. The rope in it and carabineer holding it closed will make it quieter and secure.

Yep, That's normal. I've got two of them (one new in box) and they both have that same clearance. No worries.

How or what did you use to post a video on here?

Shot it on my iphone and uploaded it directly to the Vimeo app (Basic version is free). I then directly embedded the Vimeo video into the post through the Insert>Media button via the video link. You could probably also just past a hyperlink as well, but that may not embed the video into the post. Hope that helps.
