Mini Seeker vs. Onyx

hello, all!
I started with an EWO UOS with the U.P platform. I used this for two seasons (and liked it) but decided I wanted a little more foot room. Not much, just enough to stand flat footed, maybe turn and stand with my back to the tree. I also wanted to keep the angle for leaning, as I lean about 50% of the time.
So I got the Mini Seeker.
I replaced the U.P with another double step (im a one sticker) and used this combo all last season. Boy what a difference! But now, again, I'm thinking that I want a little more room. Not much (again), but enough to turn more smoothly. On the Mini Seeker, I have to do a little shuffle to get turned around. I want to get rid of that annoyance.
So now I'm looking at the Onyx.
I like the size, not worried about the extra 1.25# and am really interested in the three angled sides.
If anyone has the Onyx and Mini Seeker, could you PLEASE post a pic of the two side by side? I'm really looking for pics to compare the two. Also, what are your thoughts on the Onyx and what (minimalist) packs are available? I currently use the Predator pack for my mini and like to be as minimal as possible.
Thanks! And sorry for the long post....

I don’t have either platform, but take a look a the new Vice Carrier from Custom Gear Modifications as a way to carry your one stick.

Thanks for the reply.
I really like that pack! The only thing I don't like about it is having to remove the pack to get your stick/platform out. That is the beauty of the Predator pack. Does anyone know if the Onyx would fit in the Predator XL pack?

No one has any recent opinions of the Onyx? Would really like to see some pics of it side by side with a Mini Seeker.

I’ve not tried either, but my recent opinion is you should try the Onyx.

I have both and will take some side by side pics tomorrow. It’s better to compare the regular Seeker to the Onyx than to the mini seeker. The mini compares better to the Predator, imo.

Thank you!
I know that the regular Seeker is more comparable to the Onyx, but I have the Mini and want to see the differences between them. See what I would gain/lose.
Thanks again. Looking forward to the pics!

Another question-
Has anyone had any of the "claws" up top break? They look super aggressive and seem like they would be the weakest part.

Thank you!

UP = 6” flat surface
Mini Seeker = 10.33” flat surface
Onyx= ??” flat surface

You can look at a picture comparison, you can compare measurements. Even then, you need to account for the Onyx having a much slighter angle than the Cruzr. You aren’t happy with the real estate the Mini Seeker offers, as it stands, so this seems obvious which is a better fit.
