Bought on SH. It’s a small. Very comfortable and in great shape. Bungee belt mod, no leg loops. Last bump and I’m going to post in other groups. Smoke free. $95 TYD PP F&F

I’m not sure. I bought it from @kbetts two seasons ago. I assumed it did because most of them do but maybe it doesn’t.
I think it did, but they were useless at best. I suppose maybe they could've helped holding the bottom panel down, but I never had an issue. I simply went in another direction in using a Drey and separate harness.

Thanks for answering that. I never found a need for any kind of leg straps while running it.
 
They do. Just a couple cheap 1” straps
With plastic buckles that fit between the webbing of the saddle. They dont serve much purpose but if you want leg straps a better option is a couple 1” straps with g hooks.
 
Something like this is much better than the plastic buckles. Easier to put on and take off as needed.
