Has anyone sewn their 2 panel saddle to the desired fit? Thinking about doing this to my ESS to minamize strap movement. Best saddle design made imo just aggravating trying to keep panels situated.

That is the one problem I have with two panel saddles. When its perfect it is the most comfortable sit possible but I seem to have to always fiddle with it and getting it just right is always a challenge. Check out overwatch outdoors' new transformer saddle. Problem solved!

I had the ESS, that's the only thing I didn't like about it. If I slid tbe top panel up above my belt line my body weight on tbe bottom panel pulled tbe top panel way to much into my lower back.
So, I DYI'd my own, even added two adjustment straps on tbe back between the two panels.
Also did away with the two big D rings, and tbe slide adjustment through them. Works great.

Who would'a thought, I saw a few nights ago "Overwatch outdoors" two panel saddle. Awesome looking saddle. And the guy that makes them is top knotch!

Just my 2 cents worth, it's only an opinion.
