Petition to formally demand that swampsnyper attend Saddlepalooza 2019!!

Don’t know how this got turned this direction. I in no way meant to bad mouth the job G2 has done. Hope it wasn’t taken this way. It was a huge sacrifice on his part to make it happen. I hope we have many more. I’ve heard nothing but greatness about the event. I apologize for the direction this thread has turned.
To a coonass, cooking isn’t a chore. It’s part of our heritage and we enjoy making people happy with our food. I wouldn’t have a problem staying at camp and cooking a jambalaya for the group if my pot is big enough for the group. I’ll be glad to do it one night if I come donated by me.
Here’s one event I held. Cooked my famous jambalaya.

And another year.
Best part of the first video is them "real" cracklins! People here in Mississippi don't know cracklins.

;)Makes me think the Jambalaya is second rate. A man ought to be proud to serve his friends;)

3rd rate at best! Most of yalls stomachs couldn’t handle real food anyway and would ruin the bathrooms at the campsite. I don’t want to be responsible for that. What kind of friend would I be.

I don’t know, my hot sauces went over pretty well..... and they have been described as liquid fire.

I’m not talking hot. Lots of people confuse Cajun food as being hot or spicy. Mexican food can get hot! That’s another animal. We like to call our food seasoned. Lots of flavor not just hot.
