Scent control for beards!?

Anyone got a good trick for a scent free beard that doesn't leave you as dry as a popcorn fart?

Seriously- after a day or two of scent-away max bathing, my skin is so dry I can't stand it- especially my beard scalp (or face to the non-bearded haha) .

Its also tough to sit still when I'm itchy..

I've tried the conditioner that scentaway makes and it helps marginally..

Eberhart has mentioned using milder scent free soaps- what brands are you guys using with success? I've looked at walmart but they have very little thats scent free and I haven't had time to check at places like walgreens or CVS etc..

Apple cider vinegar works for people with dread locks... im shure that would kill any stink.. that stuff is amazing

Thanks ill give the aveeno a try..

I may have to get some surplus camo and try the smoke thing.. i cant imagine smoking the few pieces of scent lock ive managed to acquire
