We've been doing it wrong all this time.

This is actually not stupid (though it’s funny).
Think about how many chainsaws, weedwhackers, dirt bikes and ATVs, etc. the deer hear on a regular basis. One trip up is not likely to blow your spot for the whole day, and might even signal the deer to come back after “that guy with the chain saw cuts down that tree”, then after you choot a beeg deers you can zip right back down and who cares at that point because you have a tracking job to do.
Or it’s actually stupid.
But that was a fun 3min of typing for me, thanks for reading.

I've had several loggers tell me they had deer come in while running saws to see what they were doing. Might be worth a shot and would sure make one interesting thread if someone would actually get one of these and hunt a whole season off it and keep us posted on the hunts.

Next time they say this, ask them what type of deer come in?

Immature Bucks?
