Hello everyone....I'm new to all of this. In fact, I haven't purchased a single thing so far. One question I have is where to purchase a bridge? I can't seem to find one anywhere...
Thanks

Well what saddle are you interested in? Most (all?) commercial options come with a bridge.

If you’re DIYing search around here for some ideas.

I really like my tubular webbing bridge.
Tubular can be tied, or sewn, or secured to loops with hardware.
Strapworks sells all kinds of webbing in various colors and they also stitch loops on it in case you want to add a carabiner.

Some use Whoopi’s sling for adjustable bridge.

I am lucky enough to have Dutchware very close by and am picking up supplies today at lunch but they also ship, check out their website for AMSTEEL and Samson Rope. They also have tubular webbing but it isn't 1" wide.

I just bought 25 feet of amsteel 7/64 black for $5.50. ripstopbytheroll.com. I'm a newbie too, so not sure it's the right stuff, but I think it is and it's really cheap. Nope, I was just told it's too small!!! And they only have 7/64 and 1/8 inch.

7/64 inch Amsteel can work for hanging a hammock, which is why Dutchware, Ripstopbytheroll, and other places designed for that genre carry it. I use it on my hammocks and it works really well.

1/4 inch Amsteel seems to be the consensus for a saddle bridge. I think there is someone online that makes dog bones from Amsteel, which is basically a fixed bridge. I know I read it here a year or so ago but I don't know who it was.
