I can't say as anytime I've tried to contact them I've received no answer or response...........
 
I called less than a year ago for a hardware issue i had with one the the sticks. I told cody what was up and he understood. He sent me four replacement parts instead of one, just for spares. Great customer service in my personal experience but can't speak for others.
 
There was a small mistake in an order I received from them once. It was corrected as soon as I brought it to their attention.
 
One time I was contacting them during a busy time (ATA tradeshow time) & it took a long time to get back to me

Another time response was very quick & Cody even had me text him so he could keep in touch easier while he was traveling

Last season I had a couple questions and Cody texted responses immediately after getting out of treestand and back to the truck

So it seems like they are trying pretty hard to be responsive to customers
