So I'm walking around academy sports and see they have crocs... Now for the past 20+ yrs I've worn steel toe boots or tennis shoes on days off.. so I thought what the heck. Everyone one else wears them. I'll try them on... The end.. I'm now the proud owner of a pair and now trying to figure out how to make a steel toe version for work...

Crazy I saw some on sale at a hardware store today. Contemplated it but said no. I have the original version. Actual wooden clogs.

If they actually made steel toe crocs...... What a dream.

The 1st pair of Crocs that I ever laid eyes on were being worn by a Grand Canyon River rafting guide. They were bright orange. "This guy has to be some kind of weird-o, right?" I thought they were the most ridiculous looking piece of clothing since bell bottoms and platform shoes. Then a few years later I tried a pair. The soles are wearing thin on that pair, I guess I need some new ones.
