I hope facebook never becomes the place to go. If so I am screwed cause I aint got it and never will. I dont think this will be any nail in the coffin. I just dont understand the whole logic though. But its not my site so I dont have to I guess
The logic is pretty simple. He wanted to keep all of the forums that contribute to people learning about saddle hunting free and open to the public but, he had to start bringing in revenue to keep the site viable. Why not charge for access to the one forum that doesn't necessarily contribute to saddle hunting knowledge but is there for members to benefit monetarily for themselves?
This isn't a new idea, it came from other forums that do something similar. And for the people who think Facebook is the "go to" place for saddle hunting info, well.....please stay safe.
