With all the Mantis saddles you own I think they owe you that. LOL

Congrats Dave. Looking forward to your future reviews.

Pro staff free agent here, let me know if anyone is interested. My hobbies include deer hunting, musky fishing, comedic quips, and annoying dad puns.

Oh, I almost forgot: ...and long walks along the beech...

...nut tree flats. Deer love those things.

Hahaha. Not to hijack this thread but being on a pro staff isn't what most people think it is. It will definately vary from company to company with their expectations, your relationship with them, and your contract but it's a lot more work than a lot of people think it is. If you don't absolutely love hunting you will probably hate it. You are expected to do a lot, most of the time for free, and if your dedicated that is the just tip of the iceberg. If you are committed and enjoy it you'll find yourself doing other things for the company on top of what's in the contract. You will probably get free gear and first dibs on new stuff but you will more than work that off before that ever gets to you through managing social media, planning, attending events, and other things depending on what your role is and why they signed you on in the first place. Me personally, I really enjoy it and have been lucky enough to sign with a great company who allows me to design gear and have a substantial amount of input. But I have heard horror stories from friends with other companies as well.

Congrats dave! If you need a test dummy for your pro staff prototypes just send them my way :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy:

Congrats. Keep the videos coming....I'm not sure how you have any free time with all your trail cameras out.

Sorry - wasn't a big deal, corrected some misconceptions about being on Tethr'd Pro Staff and why I joined them. I also gave a little history on the evolution of this site. Guess someone felt it was "out of line" although no one even contacted me about that post? I did join Tethr'd yesterday so...…….
So, will you not be allowed to post much on the forum now??? Congrats by the way....I enjoy your insight on certain subjects in regards to saddle hunting.

The only reason I even made a post about joining tethr'd was due to the new rules here and because I don't like hidden agendas.

I made the announcement so this thread met its purpose. Since I am the OP I request this post be deleted. I added the affiliation to my signature line.
I mean this in the most lighthearted way possible, but reading the word "tethr'd" is like looking at a aisle full of cans at the grocery store where all but one is turned with the logo facing out. I just can't look away!!

Anyways, sincere congratulations again.

Refer to post#1. Good luck guys, I have some scouting to get to.

There aren't many people on the face of this planet with as much hunting and saddle experience as Ol' @DaveT1963

He gave us a lot of good feedback on the Phantom, as have the other 20 or 30 dudes that tested it out this season.
