Now when you lose your sense of taste and smell, do you begin substituting kale for donuts and ice cream? JK, hope you recover quickly bud!

Lol. It's a weird feeling that's for sure!

Every nurse or hospital worker I know are saying this crap has been here a lot longer than anybody knows and I have to agree, I never get sick, was in the best shape I have been in a long time right after deer season and I caught something and had every symptom your describing , knocked me right off my feet, this was in January, upstate NY, I had just been to the DRs office several times the week before, rest up better days are coming.

I'm 6 days in to this with not much signs of any relief. The thing that bothers me the most is body aches....which keeps me up at night. Taking Advil helps with that... I've found for me. One thing I didn't think about with this is how much it can work on your mind.
Hopefully soon I'll be turning the corner....I'm ready for some tree time!

I hope that you turn the corner soon as well. Best wishes for a fast recovery!

So my entire family has been tested. My wife works in healthcare, in a hospital lab, testing for coronavirus. I have been work-from-home and my kids have been at home since March.

My wife got tested back in April because a coworker who worked directly next to her tested positive. Her test came back negative. We had both the kids tested because they both got minor colds in May. Nothing serious, just some congestion and extra fatigue. We tested them out of curiosity, both were negative. I got tested at beginning of July as part of return-to-work policy (i'm still work from home) where I was informed I already had the antigens in my system, despite never falling sick or displaying any symptoms during the last 4 months. No idea where I would have even picked it up, though I was super sick with flu-like illness right after the new year. I'm not going to speculate that I had it then, but I literally haven't had a single symptom of anything between then and now.

My wifes first cousin also contracted it, but he had flu-like symptoms and fatigue. Him and wife both tested positive and had similar symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue). Not judging but both of them would also firmly be considered clinically 'overweight'.

Anyway it seems to affect everyone differently. Good luck and speedy recovery!
