I did use a power washer. Used Dawn dish soap in the boil, then simmered in hair developer 40% to whiten
Power washer is the only way to go. My first few that I did, I was told (by an "expert") to make a hook from a coat hanger to pluck the brains out...horrible advice. Power washer cleans everything out of every nook and cranny.
My personal preference is a natural color, though. I don't peroxide or bleach them.
Dawn is a great additive to the boil. Arm and Hammer Super Washing Soda is also really good (great for lots of cleaning and laundry too!).
Congrats on your heads.

I saw a YouTube video on these. I think I may give it a try next time just to see. The DIY sportsman channel I believe.

Go for it, I used something similar for an old 5 point I killed. Don’t much like it. However, it lasts longer and you don’t have to worry about keeping it clean. Just rinse it off.

I guess I hadn’t seen those hooks. Got a pic?

Looks good! Try the provided cup worth of Oxy Clean laundry booster during the simmer. Often times I don't even have to use the hair peroxide after. The Oxy Clean turns the remaining meat left after skinning into jello and can be removed with a butter knife or plastic scraper. Add the OxyClean slow, it'll foam over if added too fast!

I was about to say, oxyclean was a big breakthrough for me. Whitens without looking artificial like peroxide and really decreases well.

Those all look great! I love diy euros. And I love the hooks @7mmremmag sells. I bought 10 of them to remodel my trophy wall.
I’m doing three euros tomorrow plus a bobcat skull.
Like Nutterbuster said, 7mmremmag’s euro plaques are bomb. Just got three Texas shaped ones in this week and they look amazing.

Thanks for the kind words guys!:)
