What did you do today?

I'm assuming it is the increased drag factor of the broadheads.

That would also make sense! Good call. I don't shoot fixed heads so never experienced that. So do you then sight your bow in using your broadheads? If so, then what is the point of shooting the field points?

Since I bought a sewing machine, sewed some stuff...then found the DIY Sewing Techniques thread, I decided to redo my gear strap.

Amazingly enough, watching a few videos on how to to a box stitch makes your stitches look alot neater. Equally amazing is that little switch on the front that allows you to back stitch so it doesn't unravel. I also sewed several loops at the end of the gear strap to hang my pack from.

I do find it odd however that you must watch a few videos or read the instructions before you can sew something that actually looks professional.

Put up my first cell cam! Hopefully it doesn’t get stolen like my cameras last year. I put this one up in the air to deter thieves. I’m pumped to see pictures of pine goats. CAA1092D-8D98-4B9D-8F61-A45C8597E6BC.jpeg311A75E1-D9DD-432E-A8DF-94EA00E1ECC8.jpeg85984E29-5321-4449-B5B2-15A09A04BBBB.jpeg

Went back to my home town area in MO to ride in the MS bike ride. 60 grueling miles on the bike. Now headed back home to get my gear ready to head to a buddies lease in the morning. Opening morning Monday… finally!
